Welcome to Arise Palm Resort. By accessing our website, booking a stay, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to ensure a harmonious and luxurious experience for all our guests.
Reservations & Cancellations
- All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
- A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required at booking.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.
Guest Conduct
To maintain the serene and luxurious atmosphere of Arise Palm Resort, we require all guests to conduct themselves with respect and consideration for others.
- Noise Levels: Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in all suite corridors and private terraces.
- Smoking Policy: All indoor spaces, including suites, are strictly non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
Liability
Arise Palm Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. We recommend utilizing the in-suite safes provided for valuables. Participation in resort activities (including wellness treatments, water sports, and excursions) is at the guest’s own risk. The resort shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during these activities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Arise Palm Resort website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Arise Palm Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
